- - Updated Last 03 month’s personal bank statement having sufficient balance with Bank Stamp and Signature
- - Updated Last 03 month’s company bank statement with Bank Stamp and Signature (if self-employed)
- - If employed, the Last 03 months salary slip and an original Leave Letter from the company.
- -If Self-employed, Partnership deed or shop & establishment license or Memorandum of Company, etc
- - Last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Personal / Company / Both)
- - Invitation Letter (If Applying for Family Visit / Business Visa) along with Invitees Passport copy and resident
- address proof for eg: (Electricity Bill, Rent agreement)
- - Sponsorship letter (If a sponsor is paying for the trip)
- - Sponsor passport copy (If a sponsor is paying for the trip)

- - If Sponsor is employed, the Last 03 months salary slip from the company.
- - Sponsor's last 03 year’s Income Tax Paper (Personal / Company / Both)
- - For students, school or college identity card.
- - Minors, if travelling with one parent or none, NOC is required from the other parent or both parent in the form of an affidavit on a stamp paper and to be notarized.
